ShelfMyth currently ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched from TΓΌrkiye.

Do you offer free shipping?+

Yes. U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $49.90 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this threshold are charged a fixed $12.00 shipping fee.

How quickly will my order ship?+

Ships within 1–2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the selected product, order size and current production volume.

Will my order include tracking?+

Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your shipment is created, we will email you the carrier name, tracking number and tracking link.

How will ShipEntegra be used?+

ShipEntegra will be used to create the shipment, generate the shipping label and obtain tracking information. When the shipment is created, your order status and tracking details will be updated.

Can I track an order without an account?+

Yes. You will be able to use the secure link sent by email or enter your order number and checkout email address on the Track Your Order page.

Why is my tracking number not updating yet?+

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping confirmation is sent. Carrier updates can also be delayed while a parcel moves between facilities.

How does the free bookmark promotion work?+

When your cart contains two or more paid items, one complimentary bookmark is automatically included with the order.

Can I choose the free bookmark design?+

No. The complimentary bookmark design is selected by ShelfMyth and the same promotional design is provided to qualifying orders.

Will I receive more than one gift if I buy four items?+

No. The promotion provides one complimentary bookmark per qualifying order, regardless of the number of paid items above the minimum requirement.

How long do I have to request a return?+

A return request should be submitted within 14 calendar days after the order is marked as delivered. The product must meet the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?+

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Can custom or personalized products be returned?+

Custom, personalized or specially modified products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. We will still assist if the product arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved order details.
