We will notify you when your request and refund are processed.
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is marked as delivered. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition with all included parts. Products showing signs of use, damage or modification may not qualify for a refund.
Contact ShelfMyth before sending any product back. Include your order number, the email address used during checkout and the reason for your return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related customs or carrier charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless ShelfMyth sent an incorrect or damaged item.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, missing part or refund.
Custom-made, personalized or specially modified products cannot be returned because of a change of mind. These products may still qualify for assistance if they arrive damaged, defective or different from the approved order details.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after production or shipment preparation has started. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. ShelfMyth will notify you by email when the refund is approved. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Complimentary bookmarks do not have a separate cash value. If a return causes the original order to no longer meet the promotion requirements, ShelfMyth may require the unused gift to be returned with the qualifying products.
If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and provide available options, including cancellation and a refund when applicable.
