These Terms of Service apply when you visit the ShelfMyth website, create an account, place an order or use any other service made available through the website.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement in your location.

Customers under the legal age required to make purchases should use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, variations and photographs as accurately as possible.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, material batches and the production process.

Handmade or individually produced items may include small variations that do not affect the intended use of the product.

Some products may offer options such as color, side, size, set type or other variations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting the correct options before adding a product to the cart.

The selected variation will appear in the cart, checkout, order confirmation and order record.

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the website are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Product prices, promotional offers, shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds may be updated from time to time.

The price shown during checkout before payment is the price that applies to the order, except where there is an obvious technical or pricing error.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is successfully authorized and ShelfMyth sends an order confirmation.

We may contact you if additional information is required to verify, prepare or deliver an order.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or a violation of these Terms.

If a paid order is cancelled by ShelfMyth, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

You may place an order without creating an account by using guest checkout.

Guest orders are associated with the email address entered during checkout.

If you later create and verify an account using the same email address, eligible previous guest orders may be connected to your account.

You are responsible for protecting your account password and for activity performed through your account.

Payments will be processed through iyzico or another payment provider shown during checkout.

Payment authorization must be completed before an order can be accepted.

ShelfMyth does not intend to store full card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

Your payment provider or card issuer may apply additional verification, conversion or international transaction procedures.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Türkiye to eligible delivery addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

All shipments include tracking. When ShipEntegra or the delivery carrier generates tracking information, it will be connected to the order and sent to the customer by email.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If we are unable to ship within the stated processing period, we will provide an updated estimate and the available cancellation or refund options where applicable.

Orders that meet the merchandise subtotal shown on the website may qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

The current free-shipping threshold is displayed in the announcement bar, cart and checkout.

Gift items, taxes and other non-qualifying charges may not count toward the free-shipping threshold.

Qualifying orders containing at least two paid items receive one complimentary bookmark, unless the promotion is changed, paused or ended.

The promotional bookmark design is selected by ShelfMyth and cannot be exchanged for another design.

Only one complimentary bookmark is provided per qualifying order, regardless of the number of paid products above the minimum requirement.

The gift has no separate cash value and cannot be purchased, refunded or exchanged by itself.

If a return causes an order to no longer meet the promotion requirements, the unused gift may need to be returned with the qualifying products.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible and are not guaranteed after production or shipment preparation has started.

Return eligibility, damaged-order procedures and refund processing are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional messages necessary to complete and support the purchase.

These may include payment, order confirmation, production, shipment, delivery, cancellation and refund notifications.

Transactional order messages are separate from optional promotional marketing communications.

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious software, scrape restricted data or use the website for fraudulent activity.

Automated purchasing, resale abuse or other activity that harms ShelfMyth, its customers or service providers may result in an order being refused or access being restricted.

Website text, photographs, graphics, branding, layout, code and original product content may be owned by ShelfMyth or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use protected website content without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may use or link to third-party services such as iyzico, ShipEntegra, delivery carriers, hosting services and tracking websites.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ShelfMyth is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily suspend, update or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, development or operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShelfMyth is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Any limitation in these Terms will apply only to the extent legally permitted and will not remove mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms when our website, products, services, providers, promotions or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Terms that applied when an order was accepted will continue to govern that order unless a legally required change applies.
