U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $49.90 or more ship free.
Where We Ship
ShelfMyth currently ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Türkiye.
Order Processing
Ships within 1–2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the product, order size and current production volume. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been accepted.
Tracked Shipping
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your shipment is created, the carrier name, tracking number and a secure tracking link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Shipping Charges
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $49.90 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Orders below $49.90 are charged a fixed $12.00 shipping fee.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, address problems and other events outside our control may affect delivery time.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error after placing your order. An address cannot always be changed after a shipment has been created.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take a short time to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent. Carrier tracking updates can occasionally be delayed while the parcel is moving between facilities.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check around the delivery area, household members and nearby neighbors. You should also contact the carrier. If the parcel is still missing, contact ShelfMyth with your order number.
